The 2 sets of Φ6×9m ball mill liners will be applied to Zijin Mining's Australian copper-molybdenum mine. There are 520 liners in this batch, with a total weight of 376 tons. The shell liners are made of high-chromium cast iron, and the liner of the feeding and discharge are made of chrome-molybdenum alloy. The structure of the shel liner are optimized to make the waveform more suitable for the crushing and grinding of minerals to achieve the best particle size distribution of minerals. The manufacturing of the liners board adopts the resin sand casting process. The surface quality and the internal casting quality are tested and are all good. Through the adjustment of the design structure and the adjustment of the liners material of different parts of the ball mill, we expect that the use effect will reach an ideal state.
